Frequently asked questions
Can an apprentice write to my company directly?
No. The first contact always comes from the company. Apprentices can reply once they have been contacted.
Why does my company have to be approved?
So that applicants only talk to real training companies. When registering you upload a proof, for example a commercial register extract or a confirmation from the IHK or HWK.
What do companies see before they are approved?
Only the first name and initial of the last name, occupation, German level, place and start date. Photos, texts and certificates are only shown to approved companies. Companies never see phone number, email address or date of birth.
How does a listing go online?
Apprentices create their listing themselves. Our team reviews details and photos and then publishes it. If we have a question, you get a message with the reason and can make changes.
Which languages is TalentHall available in?
German, French and English. You can switch the language at any time; emails arrive in the chosen language.
How do I delete my account?
In the settings under "Delete account". Your listing or company profile, conversations and uploaded files are deleted immediately.
